What’s a Cup of Agronomy, anyway? Simply put, it’s an interactive way to share our agronomic expertise (focused on the past season) …plus a cup of coffee! We come to YOUR local area with the agronomic topics YOU told us you’d like to hear about!

What makes Cup of Agronomy so different from the other meetings I’ve attended? To put it bluntly, our team is what makes it different! We have focused the meeting content to EACH individual location, which means we’ll be talking about YOUR specific agronomic needs and issues. Dealing with Corn Rootworm for the first time? We’ve got you covered. Need tips on how to deal with SCN pressure in your field? We can help with that!

Ok, I’ll bite… who can I bring? Bring anyone you think will benefit from a location-specific agronomy insights meeting. All will benefit from seeing what makes the Peterson Farms Seed agronomy team different.

We think these meetings are pretty neat, but you don’t have to take our word for it. Here’s what one of our 2025 Cup of Agronony attendees told us afterward:

“We had tons of positive feedback from our growers wanting a meeting just with the Cup of Agronomy. Many growers couldn’t believe Rick wasn’t trying to “sell” them on anything–just trying to help them make sound agronomic choices.”

Welcome Mat

Our doors are (almost) always open. Come on in — we’ll show you around so you can see how much attention to detail we devote to producing high-quality hybrids and varieties for our growers.

We'll use this to send event invitations and updates.
